European ERP Directive 2009/125/EC 1. Non-directional lights: Suitable for: light sources whose light flux is less than 80% in a solid angle of 120 degrees Products covered include: non-directional LED light sources, incandescent lamps, halogen tungsten lamps, self-ballast fluorescent lamps 2. Fluorescent and HID lamps, ballasts and lamps containing such light sources and ballasts: Suitable for: fluorescent lamps, HID light bulbs, fluorescent lamp ballasts, HID lamp ballasts, fluorescent lamps and HID lamps. 3. Directional lights: Suitable for directional light sources, LED light sources, equipment installed between the mains and light sources, including light source controllers, control devices and lamps (excluding ballasts, fluorescent lamps and HID lamps), and products integrating the above products.
