In view of the increasingly fierce competition today, product function and appearance are no longer the focus of competition between branded enterprises, whilst product quality and reliability are more and more valued by markets and customers. Using a variety of environmental testingequipments which simulate climatic environments of high temperature, low temperature, different humidities and short temperature changes, to accelerate the popping ot potential failures in actual use environments, we can verify that the product has reached the expected quality targets being set in the process of R&D stage. This is to evaluate the product as a whole to determine product reliability life.
Xenon lamp aging test
Sunlight is a major factor in the degradation of many organic materials, including plastics, textiles, paints etc. Xenon lamp aging testing applies xenon lamps to simulate damages caused by full spectrum sunlight and spray to simulate the effect of rain, dew, insolation and darkness. The test simulate material changes when exposed to sunlight in different environments.

Ultraviolet aging testing
Ultraviolet aging testing equipment does not simulate the full spectrum of sunlight, but does simulate the damaging effects of sunlight. This is achieved by controlling the main radiation of fluorescent lamps in the ultraviolet segment of the solar spectrum. The test equipment adopts ultraviolet fluorescent lamps to simulate sunlight and condensation or spraying to simulate effects of moisture. This test is used to evaluate changes of colors, gloss, cracks, bubbling, catalysis, oxidation etc.

Salt spray test
Salt spray corrosion is one of the most common and destructive atmospheric corrosion. Salt spray test is mainly used to test resistance to corrosion of products or metal materials by simulating the salt spray environmental conditions created by the salt spray test equipment. The test is divided into two categories, natural environmental exposure test and artificial accelerated simulated salt spray environmental test.

Temperature and humidity test
Temperature and humidity tests are applicable to products that may be used in warm and humid environments. For plastic materials, printed circuit boards (PCB) and print circuit board assemblies (PCBA) porous materials or finished products, etc., different forms of physical reactions occur between different materials and temperature and moisture. The effects of temperature are mostly plastic deformation or poor product starting at high temperature or low temperature. In humid environments, moisture adsorption, infiltration and condensation occur on the surface of porous materials due to the capillary effects. Products often fail due to electrostatic charge accumulation effects in low temperature environments.

High Accelerated Life Testing
HALT means Highly Accelerated Life Testing, a method of applying step stress to the testing samples to detect defects, operational design limits, and structural strength limits in an early stage. The defects exposed by HALT in the test product involve aspects including circuit design, process, components and structure, etc.

Vibration, impact collision, drop testing
Vibration test
In vibration test, a series of vibration phenomena is simulated to test whether a product could withstand the vibration environment in the process of transportation or use in its life cycle, and also to determine the requirements of product design and function standards.
Impact test
Impact is a sudden and violent release of energy, energy-benefit conversion and energy disk transmission. The duration of impact is short, and the impact process is completed in one shot without showing any periodicity.
Drop test
Drop test is a process which stipulates a product to drop from a certain height to the test surface to verify the adaptability of the product when dropped during transferring due to rough handling.
